This is an overhead view of Block 35 and some of the trees living within it that on Thursday October 4th, Weyerhaeuser had planned to remove for building a road. A firecracker and a few people just being there halted that from happening. I don't have to explain to anybody reading this how important it is to be saving such an accessible rare specimen of our natural history for future mankind.
