To get to the Trail, drive up Cherry Creek Road until you get to the Cherry

Creek Elementary School and turn right on Milligan Road.  As you drive through farmland, you will cross a bridge over Cherry Creek where major salmon habitat improvement work was carried out by volunteers of the local enhancement society.  Follow the road to a gate where you will find a small parking area.  Walk along the road past one power pylon and when you get to the second pylon you will see on your right directly opposite this pylon, a path leading into the woods.  This forest path descends to Cold Creek

where you will see a bridge.  Don't cross the bridge but follow the Trail to your left past the log sign pictured here which points the direction to the Falls.

  There are two steep stairways on the path leading to the falls but

they present no difficulties for most people. Unfortunately, the hand rail on one of stairways has been vandalized but the stairs are still safe.  The noise of motors you may hear on the approach to the Trail comes from the motor cross track above the Creek.
