I/We the undersigned hereby respectfully petition the Government of British Columbia to
immediately rescind the proposed agreement with MacMillan Bloedel Ltd. in regard to
payment in public forest land being turned over to private ownership.


In addition, we urge the Government to enact their provision whereby 5% of a Company's
tenure in a TFL can be forfeited when a change in ownership occurs, as appears to be the
case in the Weyerhaeuser take-over of MacMillan Blodel Ltd.
