This is message from Vladimir Madic, editor of Publishing house “Esotheria”, one of the biggest publishers of Avatar Meher Baba works in today world and biggest publisher of spiritual literature in this part of Europe. One of reason for this circular mail is that all of you of Baba Lovers around the world who know us personally and who sent us e-mails (Rada and Gus, with all others from Meherabad and Meherazad, specially mandalis; Hein family from Australia etc. ­ Brian O Neill called ma from Istanbul, Turkey to apologize that his country, USA is bombing our country, and it was most fun of all) not to worry for our safety ­ we are well, in very good mood (singing on concerts in the downtown of Belgrade almost each day), and we are practice Baba s “Don t Worry, Be Happy!”.  Bombs and rockets are dropping just few miles or less from us, but just before 2 hours I watched from the top of my building explosions of bombs and how Yugoslav air forces hits US planes. We are still doing our publishing job and continue with our mission of spreading out spiritual Light, Understanding and Tolerance.


In this message I will not talk about what is truth in Yugoslavia crisis, who is wrong or who is right, “good or bad guy”, but I will put the light on deeper, spiritual levels, which small number of Yugoslav people is aware of, and almost nobody outside Yugoslavia, because almost nobody all around planet knows history and mentality of Yugoslav people.


Is it coincidence that during the NATO aggression on Yugoslavia most usable words in Belgrade were ”freedom” and “love”? Is it coincidence that we were challenged NATO bombs and death with targets on our chest and with everyday concerts and songs on Belgrade s Square of Freedom, and that on this way we continue with highest battle both for man as individuals or collective - in conquest of spiritual Liberation and God s Love!


God always tempts and throw troubles on those whom He wants to strengthen and make strong, to prepare us on that way for spiritual changes, transformation on individual and collective level in the forthcoming times. God, also, in all times have been with those humiliated and insulted , with those to whom whole world turn back, slandered them, unjustly and unjustifiably feel hatred without understanding of their role in this last times, but whose are on first sight rejected by whole planet fight with brave and clear heart for spiritual redemption of all the world nations.


Today, in symbolical 1999. year after Jesus, almost last in this millenium, we are witness of magnificent picture: whole planet have divided pro et contra small Serbian nation, divided on those who are for our ideals of intrepidity, spiritual Freedom and Love and on those who are from their cowardice like slaves bowed down their heads and with this expelled themselves from the Glory of New Age of humanity.


Serbian nation have always in past 1000 years fight for one s own freedom and freedom of other nations (Serbs saved Europe from Muslim Turks invasion in 14th century in great battle in Kosovo ­ this is one of the reason that Kosovo is holy land for Serbian nation, also cultural heritage, with many monasteries and churches from Middle Age).  In First World War Serbs have had main role in liberation Europe from Germans. In Second World War Serbs were also victims: they made crucial influence in prevent Hitler to conquer Russia…. there is lot of such examples. It is victim-nation, like Jews. Serbs are one of small number of nations which never attacked others ­ always defend itself in all wars. It was example for the other nations and the rest of the world how to fight, without fear of death, for the freedom, and with this for the Holy Kingdom. So, it is not coincidence what s happened in last 10 years in Yugoslavia (wars and sacrifices) to a small, defiant and proud nation with a big Heart (now only 10 million of citizens), what battle is happening over the back of chosen people….


I haven t forget that all that present and future events that hits the world are Maya, Illusion ­ but God always use Illusion of wars and suffering to push humanity closer to Him. He acts now over his present 5 Perfect Masters and I laugh every day that whole world is calling politicians such as Bill Clinton to stop bombing of Yugoslavia, first war in Europe after WW2. If our Baba said that Hitler have done His job in worlds purification (and many now compares Clinton to Hitler), why we could t say that Holy Bill is also doing God s work on Earth?  Which Cosmic Game our beloved Baba is Playing now we will see all soon….


I am sure that Slavic nations, Russians, Serbs and other will unity and spiritually and creative lead humanity in the New Age, because Slavic nations are not creative exhausted as western civilization and they are with great inside spiritual strength, of which we are not yet conscious enough. Maybe this is the reason why exhausted western civilization and their centers of powers hate us so strongly, more unconsciously than consciously, and feel moral and spiritual power of this people? For we are the last disobedient to them nation in Europe, first that said “No Pasaran!” to Negative Utopia of New World Order…. I hope that Serbs will not again begin one more World War (Third and last), such as First World War in 1914. Please, forward this message to all other Baba lovers worldwide, wherever you think it is necessary…

JAI BABA!


This is second message (and I hope the last) from Vladimir Madic, editor of Publishing house “Esotheria”, Belgrade, Yugoslavia. This message is addiction to my first e-mail called “Spiritual response to NATO aggression in Yugoslavia”, and it is answer to all of you who reacted by e-mail on it. First I want to make a general message to all of you who want to
know facts about past and present situation in Kosovo and Yugoslavia, and after this I will maybe answer to each of you separately. This is because, first, I don t want to start with endless discussion over Internet (which I m using very rarely), second, history and politics are not the fields of my interest. Anyway, for this practical reasons, I will write you as
much as possible FACTS, everything important by my knowledge regarding this very complex matter and I will try to put the light on all details and every side of problems, for the goal of objectivity. For this reason this message will be very long, but be patient if you want to know much more about Kosovo, specially Baba Lovers, because this problem has long and very interesting history for all of you who don t know anything about it.

Just read it to the end. Colleague from my publishing firm said after he saw first reactions of some of Baba Lovers on my first message:  “Your Baba Lovers believe more to the CNN that to the God!” So, hear what my conscious push me to say to you.
I am, at first point, creative and spiritual man and my motto is “anywhere out of this world”, and I wrote my previous message
inspired with heroic resistance toward NATO aggression by Serbian nation, but I opened “Pandora s chest” and my duty as a man is to answer both  to those who support Serbs or are against them. As a spiritual man I always have been without identification with my nation as cosmopolitan ­ to some of you my message seemed nationalistic, but I was just proud that I
belong to such insubordinate nation ­ and for this misunderstanding I will write about Serbs with distance ­ not we but them, lever point of “not we but One (God)”.


Yes, of course that there is lot of Albanian refugees from Kosovo, but not so many as your western media lies to you. They broadcast pictures of refuges with the snow and the Spring green fields in the back IN THE SAME TIME ­ they using old documentaries without suspicion that those  who watch CNN will not see froud. What is at first point most important is that
NATO, Americans and western leaders don t worry, don t care and DON'T CONCERN AT ALL for their suffering ­ they just want to use them and whole this situation for their selfish purposes ­ installed NATO troops in Kosovo, occupation of Yugoslavia, last country in Europe in opposition to them, and making here their military bases for future conquest to
the east, at first point to the Russia. After dissolution of former Soviet Union and eastern block America and NATO lost opponent in balance of power and even birds on trees knows that American Administration wants to be World Policeman for all regional crises, which also they causes. In almost all regional wars after Second World War NATO puts their fingers.
What is happening here in last 10 years ­ disperse of former Yugoslavia, war in Croatia and Bosnia and now Kosovo - is just preparation and test for western totally and finally defeating and enslaving Russia, after this maybe China or who knows “who is next?” (question that is often in demonstrations worldwide against NATO these days) This is New World Order, dark Totalitarism for next century. Russians knows this, also China and India, last three powerfully countries whose are not under the
politically and military influence of USA.


What is repeating here on Belgrade TV channels these days, too often that it is becoming a scream, but nobody in the western world want listen, is that THERE WAS NO ALBANIAN REFFUGES BEFORE 24. OF MARCH, WHEN BOMBING OF KOSOVO AND YUGOSLAVIA STARTED. They are escaping from NATO bombs. NATO strongly bombed all cities in Kosovo, and Kosovo  has 90% of Albanians and just 10% of Serbs (I will explain history of this percents latter). Just last night, between 6th and 7th of April, the center of Pristina, main city of Kosovo, was bombed ­ 10 people killed, among them
one Albanian family with 3 small children. This is just one example among dozens of similar deaths in Kosovo last 2 weeks. If NATO continue to bombing Kosovo they will push THE REST OF ALBANIANS to left Kosovo. This is A FACT, 70 foreign journalist was to see this in Pristina, but I doubt that CNN, SKY NEWS and BBC will pass this to all of you
objectively. I just heard for one more TV fraud: Albanians from Macedonia (1,5 million Albanians lives there) ACTED A ROLE OF 40.000 refuges from Kosovo in one camp in Macedonia for CNN News. First several days of aggression, from
24th to 27-28th of March this media were truing to be objective, because Clinton and his childish administration thought that Serbs will surrender after first bombs, but when that saw that Yugoslav Army is very strong in resistance, that dozens of airplanes was shoot down (they are also hide this from western public opinion, like dozens of American pilots and
specials died ­ their coffins are just transported to Greece these days), after this western leaders ordered to their media that start with most hysteric campaign against one nation in this century. They just want public support for continuing of bombing and possible ground invasion.

They know that 95% of Americans don t know history (many of them even don't know where is or WHAT IS Serbia or Kosovo ­ some of them thinks that it is dog food and just yesterday one woman wrote me that Serbs are attacking
Kurds!!!(minority in Turkey)) and for that reason is easy to form public opinion as they wish. But, many of western people forebode and suspect this fraud, they said: “Don t lie us, like in Vietnam!” (Anyway, did you know that Clinton refuse to go fight in Vietnam?). As we heard here, more that 50% of Americans are against NATO aggression on sovereign country, also 80% of British etc. Or it was in the beginning of aggression ­ after hysteric madia campaign we see that it is much worst for Serbs.  Serbs are again put on “the pillar of shame”, proclaimed as criminals like in Bosnia, and during injustice of economic sanctions of UN to Yugoslavia. In today s world, when it is easy to control media, also is easy to demonize one small isolated nation. They want now to cut Internet connection between Yugoslavia and the world, because Serbs sent millions of messages with their point of view to the world. Also, CIA or DEA made falsification of official Yugoslav Government Web sight on address WWW.SERBIA-INFO.COM. They made new sight without line (just SERBIAINFO) and tried with same logo, to put their “truth” as official Serbian truth. As you can see, they are afraid of truth, because right information today is most valuable in the world, more than guns and weapons. Maybe they will stop this my message to gather you, also…. But, I m repeating again, they just want to send troops and make occupation of Yugoslavia by any price (“mission impossible”), with or without Albanians there ­ they don t care for their lives and sufferings. For this few more examples: NATO wants now to use Albanian refuges as “guns food”, to give them guns and put them in first lines of invasion attack to Yugoslav territory. They left them now to suffer in Macedonia, without any so proclaimed “humanitarian help” (cynic main excuse for bombing Yugoslavia). The highest cynicism is that American Government wants to transport part of refuges to lonely Pacific island Guam (!!) and Cuba! Macedonian Government are screaming now over TV that western leaders left Macedonia (former Republic of former Yugoslavia, betweeen Serbia and Greece, now “officially independent) in troubles of lot of refuges without help, and just used Macedonia as territory for concentrated NATO troops for invasion to Yugoslavia. Clinton or Blair don't want to send their soldiers to die in absurd war in Yugoslavia, because now they see decisive defense of Yugoslav Army and they know that their public opinion won t agree dozens, and not even hundreds or thousands of death western soldiers (I just heard that 1500 German soldiers left weapons in Macedonia and escape to Greece yesterday ­ no one wants to die in stupid war.


>From XII to XIV century Kosovo was cultural and spiritual center of Serbian nation. Serbs rulers built there many world famous Christian monasteries, such as Gracanica, with famous wall paintings.  Today bombs are falling near Gracanica and other heritage protected by UNESCO. In 1389 Serbian Kingdom have had big battle with Turks on Kosovo, when
they stopped Turkish Empire in their invasion on Christian Europe. It was first Serbian victim for Europe, but not last. After 500 years of slavery under Turks, Serbs got their freedom in 19th century. Before 50 years it was 50% of Serbs on Kosovo. During Sesond World War Italians who as Nazis occupies Albania and Kosovo have to protected Kosovo Serbs from Balists, Albanians Nazis, in the villages of Kosovo. Now less then 10%. So, first Albanians started with ethnic cleaning of Kosovo from Serbs. Also, enormous birth-rate of Kosovo Albanians influenced that today, in saint land for all nation lives only 10% of Serbs and 90% of Albanians. Political and religious leaders of Jews (Prime Minister and Rabbi) supported Serbs, and said that Kosovo is Serbian Jerusalem. Also, many artists, writers and other intellectuals worldwide, with millions of people on demonstrations for peace also supported Serbs. Kosovo existing as a bigger ethnic problem from 1981, when was first Albanians separatist demonstration, after Tito's death, but they can not fight for their separatist goal, until last year Americans gave them weapons and push them in hopeless war for American interests in which they can not win. During wars in Croatia and Bosnia Albanians had not courage to start this, because they saw decisive fight of Serbs. But, after making fragile peace in Bosnia (Muslims in Bosnia are also Serbs by origin), Americans said to them: “Now, the time has come”.

It is great influence of USA military industry, who have to sell weapons to new regional wars. Then they made Kosovo Liberation Army, with all global standards terrorist ogranisation, such as ETA, IRA etc. This is one of the main problems: hypocrisy of western leaders ­ politics of double standards. Why not bombed Turks for denial of basic human rights to 20 millions of Kurds (There is just 2 million of Kosovo Albanians). Also Spain for Bascia, Britain for Northern Ireland ­ there is dozens of separatist movements in today world. What if Mexicans from Texas begin to wish to separate from USA and join to Mexico. I doubt that USA Government would let them this. Who will then bomb USA? Maybe Arabs? As you can see, there is always two sides of truth, nothing is black and white, “good or bad guys”, like in Hollywood movies. Comparation with other world crisis point shows that Kosovo is not a such big problem as Clinton and Blair wants to convince their public opinion: - Number of people who are starving in the world: 800 millions. - Every day dies about 100.000 in the world by deficiency of food, water, clothes, medicine etc. - Military Budget per year of USA is about 400 billions of US$. Totally budget of Yugoslavia per year is 43 billions of US$. - Budget of UN is just 5% of budget of Pentagon. - Number of people killed in Chechenia is about 80.000. - Number of people killed in Ruanda in last 5 years is 500.000 - Number of people killed in Sudan in last 15 years is 1.500.000 - Number of people died in Iraq during sanctions of USA is 100.000 - COMPARE TO THIS: NUMBER OF PEOPLE KILLED ON KOSOVO LAST YEAR IS 2000.


Every human life is treasure, but these are just facts that shows hypocrisy in today world.  Ortodox Christians Greeks and Muslim Turks are also enemies for centuries. They are in peace in last years just because both countries are in NATO and Americans are throwing water on fire and not gasoline, like in all Yugoslav wars, including Kosovo. But, if it become American interest they will caused war between them also.



About human rights of Albanians in Yugoslavia: they have more rights then minorities in USA ­ they have their TV, papers, University on their language etc. Albania is much poorer country than Yugoslavia and most of Kosovo Albanians prefer to live in Yugoslavia than in Albania.  Albanian Mafia is well known as almost biggest drug dialers in Europe, and CIA cooperate with them to input this dirty money in war in Kosovo.


MAYBE “OTHER SIDE OF TRUTH”:


I also heard that Yugoslav Police making ethnic cleaning in Kosovo, but only of those Albanians who are supports Kosovo Liberation Army ­ small dissolve gangs of terrorists and criminals. Those who are loyal citizens and who wants to live in Yugoslavia,are permanently called by Government to stay and live in Kosovo together with Serbs. This is majority of
Kosovo Albanians, because they also see that is better for them in Yugoslavia then in “some Great Albania”… We also know that our media is making opposite propaganda to western media. For this reason we are taking some TV lies with reserve and caution. It is propaganda war also and Truth is always victim in it. But we are here closer to the place of events than all of you worldwide and have much more information. Some of you said that NATO attacked just Government and not Yugoslav people, but this is just like this on CNN. Here bombs are falling mostly in civilian targets, specially these days. NATO last days bombing centers of several smaller cities in central Serbia, with dozens of death, and hundreds wounded, always during night, when people sleeps. But there is not more victims of that bombing, because Serbs learned something from history ­ to keep yourself. But hundred of schools destroyed, hospitals, civil buildings etc. Whole nation is united, also all political parties, and political opposition now is not exist. One of our opposition leader, Zoran Djindjic said on German TV: “How I could be opposition when my children are in Belgrade, where are dropping bombs.” I was also against Milosevic and his regime, I was involved in some of the political protests against him, but aggression united Serbs, and believe me that it is very difficult to unite Serbs. Students of Belgrade University was in 3 months long marches against Milosevic before 2 years, but now every night they are protecting Belgrade bridges from NATO bombs, as live shield, just half mile from Government building hit by cruise rockets before 3 nights. Air strikes already destroyed 2 big bridges on river Danub in Novi Sad, so people here are specially sensitive for bridges, because bridges are symbol of connections between people… One woman from USA said: “NATO made 11 millions of Milosevic in Serbia now. They are all One now” NATO made Milosevic strongest than ever in last 10 years….


Some of you said that words most usable these days in Belgrade, “Love” and “Freedom”, are dictation by Orwellian Yugoslav Government on TV and that those words have opposite meaning. But he forgot that I said in my previous message that those words using people, in spontaneous expression of Tempest of emotions in defending country. Everything here is spontaneous now, like big wave on which all of us are flying. People spontaneous put drowned target on their chests, as spite to aggressors, people spontaneous start with rock concerts every day, also in spite, and just yesterday start with night concerts on Belgrade s bridges, to defend them with their bodies. Did you heard before that people are defending bridges from bombs by their own bodies. But I am still not sure that General of NATO Clark will not give order that American ships from Adriatic Sea lunch Cruise rockets on Belgrade s bridges, even if he knows that there is hundreds of people on them. If it is not spontaneous expression of courage, I don t know what it is. This can not order any politician from Yugoslav Government…


Gus, American medical doctor who lives in Meherabad with his wife Rada, sent me from Trust Office in India e-mail with paragraph which explains such nature of Serbs:


“We are glad that daily life there seems not to have been so deeply affected as yet. We pray to Baba daily that the war stops soon and the politicians and military come to their senses. We hear a lot of propaganda about how terrible Serbs are, but today we heard an American interview a Serbian reporter in Belgrade. She told the American that Serbs were not afraid of the bombing and that just today people had gathered outside to hear a rock concert! She made fun of him and was not in the least aggressive towards the west nor the Albanians. She presented a side of the Serbs which I also saw everywhere I went when I was there.  Even in the worst of times not aggressive but rather friendly and with a sense of humor and openness to others.”


After all this maybe some of you get a wish to be in Belgrade now and share this atmosphere of exaltation and many noble emotions.


LITTLE MORE HISTORY:
In First World War died 2 millions of Serbs. In Second World War another 2 millions, when Hitler and Nazi Croatian Government sent 700.000 of Serbs, Jews and Gypsies to concentration camps. Belgrade was bombed by Hitler in 6th of April 1941, when 12.000 of their citizens was killed in totally destroyed Belgrade, with destroyed hospitals, National library etc.  It was then big Christian holiday Easter. In 1999, also on 6th of April, Belgrade was bombed again, also on Easter ­ for that reason in the hearts of Yugoslav nation it will remember as NATO Nazi bombing, and will never forget. In 1941 only Serbs in Southeast Europe refused to join to Nazi pact and Hitler cruel punished them by bombing. Today Serbs also refused to join or accept NATO troops on their territory and Adolf Clinton punished them by bombing. History is repeating…. THESE ARE HISTORICAL FACTS.


But what is specially interesting for American citizens today are two historical events that connected them to Serbia in Second World War.


FIRST:
American pilots bombed Belgrade in 1944, when it was still under German occupation, and like in 1941 destroyed it to the ground. They also then missed military targets and destroyed hospitals, schools, just like now, in 1999. But when German Air Defense guns shot down American airplanes then, about 500 American pilots WERE SAVED FROM DEATH BY
SERBIAN PEASANTS.  They found them after they were landing with parachutes and hide by peasants. In the military history of United States it is massive rescue mission in which were rescued biggest number of American soldiers till today (!!). This fact was permanently hide from Yugoslavia during many years. There was Serbian village in which Germans burned 200 women and children, because they refused to say where they hide American pilots.(!!)

“We still remember smell of burned bodies. Biggest victim which man can give and for which we are obliged forever to Serbian people.” wrote Richard L. Phaiman, president of National Committee of American pilots-veterans from Second World War, who sent letter to today American pilots who are bombing now Serbia. He wrote to today pilots: “We want that every time when you flying to bomb Serbs have this events on mind ­ truth that politicians who sent you there hide from you.” I and also heard that today pilots refusing to flying and bombing Serbia. THESE ARE ALSO HISTORIC FACTS.


But today on demonstrations against NATO bombing you can read:  “Kill Private Ryan”. I heard that gypsies killed one American pilot who left his shut down fighter, before 10 days, somewhere in Serbia, because they were angry on him for dropping bombs over their heads. It is TRAGIC END of friendship between American and Serbs. I also heard that Yugoslav
military police saved other American pilots from angry citizens. NATO just today admit that about 80 NATO pilots and soldiers are missed somewhere in Serbia, most of them Americans, and several Germans and French.


SECOND:
Madelaine Albright (I don t know spelling of her name), Foreign Minister of USA, is Jewish origin and lived in Belgrade in her childhood, and during German occupation in Second World War Serbs was hide her in Belgrade houses that Nazis can not send her to Concentration  camps. Today she is giving back this generosity by sending bombs on Belgrade.  She was leading in campaign for bombing Serbia. THIS IS AGAIN HISTORICAL FACTS.


Western politicians said that Serbs are too occupied with history and that because that they can not see the presence. I can agree in spiritual meaning, that we must be in Presence, without Past or Future. But  in political level, history is teacher of life, history teach not to repeat same mistakes, but mankind will never learn that….


American Administration looks on this war like on computer game or Hollywood movie ­ it is far away from America, on safe distance ­ who asks Europe. But one of the most important reasons for American Government to cause this wars in Yugoslavia is to destabilize Europe, because United Europe is big economic competition to USA, who wants to stay most powerfully in the world today. Proof is that after NATO bombing begin in 24th of March, decline US Dollar arisen in compare to strong EURO currency ­ economic goal of this aggression was successful. Europe is victim of this war, because European leaders must follow USA ­ till now.  But I hope that it will change soon, because Europe has much older history and tradition than USA, and much more spiritual, cultural and moral strength.



At the end, I have to make some spiritual marks about all this Balkan mess. Confusion is multiplying and involving in such events may caused Karmic involving into Illusion, as Baba mention. Every violence and deaths are tragic and against God laws on earth. God is One for All, and of course that Serbs and Albanians must live together. But, as some of you arise your voice pushed by TV pictures from faraway country, I also have to help you to understand what is happening in my neighborhood, to understand paradoxes of Balkan, what is very difficult to understand for those who are not living here and don t know history and tradition of  it.  It is hard to distinct truth from lies, because everybody has his own small truth, and because that many spiritual Masters said that it is not Truth that we are searching for, but Liberation from our boundaries.


I don t wrote upper to ask from you to arise your voice for bombing or against it ­ just to understand. It will help to all in the difficult times that is coming for our planet. I remember Baba s mandali Aloba story from Mandali Hall in Meherazad (India), that Baba have shown him tracks of nuclear bombs in future nuclear war. I am afraid that all of us have   to experience that Fury and Fire, as karmic purification, and bombs will also fall on America, Serbia, Europe or anywhere else. This war in Yugoslavia is just beginning. This is not threatening ­ just remind to you all that bombs will not fall only in Yugoslavia. We all have karmic responsibility for our attitude regarding Yugoslav war…


For this, I will quote often repeated words from one of Belgrade's TV channels these days:


“In well known part of the Universe small nation was attacked by most powerfully, brutal military force. Attacked by aggressors war technology, peacefully but nation of warriors, who lives in 44th parallel of north hemisphere of Earth, felt that in every man, woman and child beat the same heart. We look deeply in our hearts and we saw strongest spiritual power in Universe…. Love and Freedom. Our people is continue to fight, not just for his biological survival. We fight for survival of whole humanity, for whose enslaving was planned to be introduction thwarted blitzkrieg (fast surprise attack) of NATO.” “In this battle of destiny we will fight together….”


Mentality and defiance of Serbian people is that when invaders are coming (Turks, Germans, NATO) Croats and many other nations is dropping flowers, but Serbs are dropping bombs. And it costs by much bigger suffering, but also Kingdom of Heaven… Belgrade on Serbian language means “White city”, and I am sure that in the future it will mean City of Spiritual Light. One day everybody will want to be Serbs, because they will synonym for Bravehearts.
