Bozidar here. This is realy off-topic, but you talk about new Balkan war and I must to
answer. In this moment I'm waiting new NATO attack (several minuts ago we were alarmed
again) and from this reason I must be very fast to finish this and to leave the apartment.

Alas yes. At least one elementary school in my city is badly damaged. Fortunatelly, childs
left the school 45 minutes before this. What is destroyed last night I don't know.

Really, what was in Slovenia? How many Slovenians were killed?
How many Slovenian woman were raped? And how many Yugoslav solders (usually 19 years old)
were killed? BTW, these Yugoslav boys in most cases had weapons but without bullets. They
were just harmless targets. I suggest you to avoid using "war" in Slovenia as an
argument. Simply because this war was not war at all. In some cases it was execution of
boys not able to defense themselves...execution even after the surrender. Like massacre of
Yugoslav solders in Bosnian city Tuzla. After the surrender. But they were just the Serbs.
Who cares? Not you! Neither your media!

Only Serbs did this? Are you sure in this? My grandfather and part of my mother's family
lived in village Novi Grad in Bosnia. My family lived there for centuries. They lived in
neighbourhood of Croatian & Moslem villages. They were in a good relationship with
people from these vilages. But Croatians from other parts of Bosnia put all of them in
concentration camp in Bosnian city Odzak (about ten kilometers from their village). My
grandfather was partisan in WWII (he especially fighted against Croatian fashistic units
responsible for killing/slaying whole family of my grandmother in one night, 17 people
entirely, including one little baby who was not slayed but baken alive in a range ) and
from this reason he was tormented a little more than other prisoners in this camp and
murdered month or two later. He was more than 70 old. My aunt was raped there and later in
the camp in the croatian city Slavonski Brod (in Croatia). Besides this she was tormented
physically and psychically (at least two times Croatians simulated execution by
shooting)...Her son was transported in Croatia for the reasons of "special
treatment". I don't suggest you even to try to imagine what this can mean. His wife
was beaten and raped countless times in both concentration camps and now she is not able
to become pregnant...
I don't think that Serbs are better or worst than some other people.
In every nation there are good and bad people. If bad people do some bad things society
will punish them. In this sense every
Serbian war criminal must be punished. But can you explain me why Serbian crimes are
crimes and crimes against the Serbs are not crimes? At least not for western media and
western politicians...

Some yes, some no..You are not only person who was in Croatia ;-))). Besides this, in
Serbia there are more than 800 000
(maybe even 1 000 000) Serbian refugees from Croatia and Bosnia. These people
experienced war directly...

During the WWII Albanians occupied Kosovo and Metohia Name Kosovo comes from the word kos
(blackbird) and Metohia from the word metoh (and it means The Land of the Church). During
the WWII a lot of Serbs were beat off from Kosovo and Metohia. On their land and in their
hosuses came Albanians from Albania (in this period Albania very active supproted Hitler).
After the war Josip Broz Tito, lifelong Yugoslav Marshal (who was a Croat who never
learned to speak Serbian language well), granted to Albanians autonomy. This means their
own police forces, courts and parlament. In this period Serbs were sistematically
"ethnic cleaned" from Kosovo and Metohia again. Communists officialy forbided
Serbs to come back on Kosovo and Metohia. Serbs were under the Albanian terror. Robbering,
desecration of Serbian graveyards, killings, rapes (including rapes of men also; the man,
a farmer, named Martinovic - first name was Zarija if my memory is good - was raped close
to his home, "ordinary" and with the bottle also - and it happened in the first
half, or mid, of eighties) were a part of this terror. After the Tito's death, around
1981, Albanians wanted indenpendence and made big demonstrations.
In the mid of eighties there was a big Albanian riot. For your information my dear
Cerberus, in the contra-action of Yugoslav
federal police there were together more policemen from Slovenia and Croatia than from
Serbia. In army also. Very little people
from Sebia were engaged in these operations - mostly people from Croatia, Slovenia and
Bosnia (now, a lot of these officers are officers of Croatian and Slovenian armies). I
know this very well because I left the army after this riot. Simply, some things
connected with Kosovo crisis weren't in accordance with my own life attitudes and with my
moral norms. A year or two after that Serbs from Kosovo and Metohia started to demonstrate
against the federal and Serbian governments. They asked for protection from Albanian's
terror. In first moment Milosevic refused to help them. But this was a great possibility
to get more power and he accepted to be their leader and a kind of a
"liberator". it was beginning of his real government. About possible repression
after that and what later happened there I don't know absolutely sure because I wasn't
there too often. I can only guess...

I'm sad to hear this. Too many people (Serbs, Croars, Moslems...) lost close relatives
during these eight years. The only truth about this war is following:

1) Blood and land...Nice rhetoric. . Serbian politic is more communistic than nazistic.
Don't forget that Milosevic's wife is a
chief of Yugoslav new-communist party. In my city live a lot of Croatians. No one was
killed or beat off during the war in Croatia. OTOH I know several Croatians who went to
fight in Croatia for Croatians. Nobody mistreat their relatives...In this moment in my
city live at least several hundreds of Albanians. Nobody was killed, nobody was beat off,
nobody was arrested...
Idea of nation is not too much important for Milosevic and his wife. They still want to
reconstruct old communist Yugoslavia...nationalism is only the mask for our masses.
Albanians who are "loyal" to regime are in better position than we
who are "unloyal" Serbs. From communist point of view it is not important is
somebody Jew, Gypsy, Chinese, American, German, Serb, Albanian... Ideologically
correctness is important...this is big difference between nazism and communism. Jew or
Gypsy can be loyal to nazis, for example, but he is still Jew or Gypsy and has no any
chance. He is marked by his birth. In this sense rhetoric like Blood & Land can't be
used in this case.
But if you want this I will tell you: We died for this land for 1000 years.And this is our
land. Nazis granted this land to Albanians. Communistic bastards supported this. Now
America does same thing. Same politic in different time. Are you satisfied now?
2. Serbian people don't want war. Or better to say Serbian people don't want war more than
Albanians or NATO.
Maybe Milosevic will decide to surrender? Who knows? But people don't want surrender. We
don't started war. NATO attacks us. A lot of people think that NATO have to surrender. Not
we.
I'm amongst the Serbs who never supported Milosevic's regime. I was in countless
demonstration against him for years. We asked for free media, we asked for free elections,
we asked for freedom not only for us (Serbs) but for all people who live here (including
Albanians, of course). Regime sent army on us several years ago (9. MART). Yugoslav armor
on the streets of the Belgrade. They shoot on us. In fact, more than the half of Serbs are
(or better were till the now) against the Milosevic. His party don't got enough votes to
form government alone. Alas, now all people are with him. He would lose next elections.
Now probably he is going to win. This war will help him. America needs Milosevic. America
supports Milosevic. Just like America supports Sadam. America informed Sadam about at
least one possible forcible change of government in Iraq. America never (and it means
NEVER) realy supproted Sadam's opposition.
America never realy supported Serbian opposition also. Milosevic kept status quo on Kosovo
and Metohia. Why? Albanians boycott Yugoslav and Serbian elections for at least 20 years.
Without this boycott there will no be Milosevic's regime. Milosevic
use this situation to get at least 15 maybe 17% of members of parliament certainly. He
have this with very little numbers of votes and this is absolutelly irregular situation.
We demonstrated several months. We fought for truth. America recognised elections like
regular. All free-thinking persons in Serbia were shocked. Why America needs Milosevic?
America never realy supported Serbian opposition. Everything was just the lie. Amertka
supports Milosevic. I really don't know.

I'm very interested in one thing? 2000 (and more) is realy too many dead bodies? If he is
responsible for this he must be punished (like every other criminal (Serb or Croat or
American...) why he is not accused in Hague? Personally, I don't like him. Tribunale in
Hague is not under Serbian influence. Why, then, he is not accused? I will be very
thankfull if you give me a good explanation.

No one western media informed about killed tormntded, and raped members of my family in
Bosnia. Or about ethnic cleanings of Knin and similar areas. There were no Serbs there
now. Maybe this is not "ethnic cleanings" And that is it!!!

Why you think that besides Milosevic both Tudjman and Izetbegovic don't wanted wars in
Croatia and Bosnia? What about Croatian riot called Maspok (with explicit WWII faschistic
characteristics) from beginning of the seventies...you don't know nothing about a lot of
things. I was in Croatia several days before the war. In fact we played as a guests on the
gig of one Croatian semi-gothic band. Next day I saw Croatian demonstration. What I heard?
Give us weapons! We want war! We don't drink wine but the blood of Serbs from Knin! And
similar.
Similar examples one can find in Serbia also. For Balkan conflict all are responsible. How
many is another question. But Serbs aren't only responsible. I just remember one thing. If
you take one album of Death in June (live from Croatia) you will find explicit Croatian
faschistic symbols there. Interesting.

People around Serbia have peace. In Romania there are a lot of Serbs. Are there prolems
with Serbs in Romania? No! Because neither Serbs nor Romanian government don't want this.

Why you, as a "cyber-hero" and Serb-hater, don't try personally to destroy
Serbian army? Maybe NATO will allow you to join the army. It is not hard to feel hate in
your messages. But it seems that behind this hate is some kind of fear. Very deep fear.

I agree with you. War is not funny. This is a big reason why I think this war must stop
immediately. Political dialogue instead weapons.

Not for Kurds, not for Tibetan people under Chinese occupation (or maybe you think that
sterilization of Tibetan women is something normal), not for Palestinians...Turkish killed
Kurds not only in Turkey but also in several other countrie. And what's happened? Nothing?
Why, then, NATO attacked my city and my country? In this world there are some rules. This
makes our world different than jungle. Without this world will be like in mad max movie.
UN council DID NOT pass any resolution giving way for this military
operation.Without this NATO attack is just an act of aggression. Just a criminal act.
Nothing more and nothing less. Yugoslavia is so small (100,000 square kilometers) and yet
the WHOLE NATO is currently bombing it's citizens. More than 450 military airplanes, 2
cruisers, 5 submarines, 20.000 soldiers and unnumbered tanks and other armored vehicles
are against us. Yugoslavia has suffered for more than 8 years under economical embargo and
our GDP is the lowest in Europe. Putting in plane words - WE ARE POOR. Before the war with
Slovenia Yugoslav Premier Ante Markovic (Croat) started economical reforms. During these
several months we lived as other normal people for the first time.
We were rich. We were payed for our job 500 (or even more) deutsch marks per month. We had
enough money. I personally bought CD-player and ordered some books from America and
Englend. Everything was perfect and not too many people were interested in nationalism and
violence. Markovic's idea was very logical: Rich and happy people don't want war. He was
attacked by Milosevic's regime, but also by Tudjman's (Croatian one) and Kucan's
(Slovenian one) He was in very bad position. Nobody in Yugoslavia supported him (except a
lot of the people, of course). He asked America and Western Europe for money, for credits.
Without this money he wasn't abte to realise transition of society. And what he got from
them? Only promises. . And he had to left the position of Premier. America betrayed his
own proclamed ideals again They don't want us rich. And to be rich for us is not same
thing like to be rich in America. Rich means normal and stable life. To pay taxes and
bills, to have for normal food and to can buy some normal things like cloths, books and
similar things. But your western world don't wanted this. We were again poor. The war
began. America and Western Europe spent hundreds times more money for "humanitarian
help", for refugees and for reparation of demage from war. And now real question is
how realy wants war? Who needs this war? And why?
And they don't wanted to support Ante Markovic? People who has something don't want to
loose this. Poor people haven't anything to loose and they will easier accept war. We are
under economical embargo. We work, but we are not payed for this.
Salery is late for months. Simply, there is no money. We are not payed but we must pay
every bill (for telephone, electricity, central heating, water, all taxes...). Albanians
boycott this country and don't pay anything. They use electricity, water and everything
other. But don't pay for this at all. State covers these expensies from taxes. Taxes we
pay. Albanians don't pay for everything.Can you imagine that Turkish people don't pay
taxes in Germany? Or Mexican people in America? No way! In such situation it is very easy
to manipulate with Serbs. Simply because life in Serbia is science & economical
fiction. And now NATO sistematically destroy civilian targets including factories.
After this war what will do the people employed there. Economical situation will be worst
than now. Is this the way toward the peace? Is this the preventing of the humanitarian
catastrophe? BTW, how you will call cities without electricity and water?
Humanitarian catastrophe maybe? Please, don't be silly. You are full of hate and from this
reason you aren't objective at all.
In Croatia Serbs and Croats had different interest. Serbs in Croatia wanted indenpendence
or very broad authonomy. America was against this. Because Serbs have their own country
(Serbia). For them, in this situation, Serbs were agressors. OK. This is now a part of the
history. Several years later Albanians have their own country (Albania). Albanians who
live on Kosovo now want indenpendence . And America now agree. Very strange behaviour,
realy very strange. Double-standards are always strange thing.
NATO is claiming no civil victims, but schools, hospitals and other purely civilian
objects are destroyed. Who will build them again?
Who will pay for the damage? What is difference between bombarding of Sarajevo and
bombarding of Yugoslavia? The cry of Serbian child is same as a cry of Moslem child. What
is difference between Clinton and Karadzic (Serbian ex-leader from Bosnia)?
Except the fact that Karadzic was leader in civil war. NATO attacked one sovereign
country. Everything we do is good and everything you do is bad - this is very bad and very
dangerous point of view. But this is American point of view. American democracy is a lie.
Might is Right is only truth for America. Albright, Clinton, Blair, Solana and all the
others involved ARE WAR CRIMINALS. THEY SHOULD BE BROUGHT TO JUSTICE! Just like all
responsible (Serbs, Croats and others) for other Balkan conflicts.
Every Serb responsible for amy possible crime in Kosovo sonflict should be punished.
Including politicians. Not imaginary crimes. Concrete crimes with names and clear facts.
If somebody is responsible he had to be brought to justice. But every politician
responsible for NATO crimes has to be brought to justice also.
This is the job for The Tribunal in Hag. Killing the civils and destroying the civilian
objects (like hospitals) is A CRIME!
They non-stop talk about "humanitarian catastrophe". The pictures shown on
western TV containing stories about "humanitarian catastrophe" (EuroNews, CNN,
SKY) are with snow in the background and yet there is no snow right now in Kosovo.Although
the "wave of Albanian refugees" is going to Macedonia and Albania, US
administration is increasing the number of Albanians living in Kosovo. At first THEY
claimed 500.000, than last year was 1 million and today 31. March 1999 is somewhere around
2 millions. If THEY continue to increase this number, very soon Kosovo will have more
Albanians than Serbs in Serbia. According to US officials the Serbs are inventing New
Genocide - the more refugees and dead Albanians - the more Albanians waiting in Kosovo for
NATO.
Last years Serbian government offer to all Albanian refugees food if they come bask. Every
person got 50 (or 100, I forgot) kilograms of white flour, a lot of vegetable oil, sugar,
salt...
I will tell you how it seems. Somebody from KLA go in the Albanian village and say that
Serbs will come and kill them all. Everybody in panic leave the village. After that Serbs
send some Albanian loyal to them to say to refugees that he got a lot of food because he
returned home. And all go back to get free food. In same time it was very hard to find
vegetable oil here (for money, of course). But you will not heard this in CNN.
For eight years people in Serbia live in the conditions of humanitarian catastrophe.
1000000 refugees need to eat, need to sleep somewhere. Where 50 of them will sleep I don't
know because NATO bombs destroyed refugee-center where they lived. Is this humanitarian
catastrophe? Or maybe this can't be humanitarian catastrophe? They are just Serbs? No one
is saying anything. The Serbs are not humans so there is no "catastrophe" maybe?
These people (usually women and children) escaped from war in Croatia and Bosnia. Now they
don't know where to escape. More than 450.000 Serbs are moved from Croatia to Serbia and
forced to leave all they have behind. How many bombs NATO have sent to Croatia? During the
WWII more than 700 US pilots have seek and found shelter in Serbia and today some new
pilots are bombing the very same Serbia. This is just the job one of them said. Very
unpleasant job for the civilian victims. For us this is not the job. For us this is
defence of Serbian women and children.
Please, don't understand me wrong. I don't support any represive action against civilian
people. I don't want that anybody must leave his home I will repeat. I don't support any
kind of repression against civilian people. There are Albanians refugees. This is the
fact. Why they are refugees is another question. Some are afraid. Some are manipulated by
so-called KLA. But the biggest manipulator is CNN.
Serbia offers authonomy to Albanians. Very broad authonomy. America offered paper with all
elements from Serbian offering plus with possible indenpendence after three years. Who
normal would sign this? Can you, my dear Cerberus, imagine situation that some militia in
Texas wants indenpendent Texas. They, as every good patriots, don't pay taxes and anything
other and from time to time kill some policemen. And, for example, Russians and Chinese
insist that America must to give indenpendence to them. Can you imagine reaction of
Americans. Would they accept this? Why Serbs should accept indipendent Kosovo then?
Especially without guarantees for Serbs who live there. This is very complicated political
situation. Personally, I am not able to find solution good for all. Albanians have their
own interest and they fight for this. Serbian have their own interest and they fight for
this. America has her own interest and fight for this.
Every moralistic story is only for naive ones. America don't care for Albanians at all.
American administration knows very well that on Kosovo and Metohija for centuries rules
blood revenge. If Serb kills some Albanian somebody from his family is under the moral
obligate to revenge him, and vice verse. To revenge means to kill killer or somebody from
his family. Everything conected with this is a very complicated social "ritual"
with some very severe elements. For example, if killers family wants to stop blood revenge
one of the ways is to bring their little baby to the home of victims family. There they
put the baby in the position in which it is not possible to breath. The person who is
moral obligate to revenge victim has choice. To take baby and save baby's life or to left
baby to die. In first case he becomes protector of this baby and blood revenge is not
actual from this moment. In second blood revenge is still actual. Beby is, of course,
dead. A lot of Serbian civilians were murdered in last several months. Their relatives
killed a lot Albanians as a blood revenge According to indenpendent news reports it's
happened in Djakovica recently. But, this was described in western media as "a brutal
massacre" and Serbian forces were "responsible" for this. American
administration is very well aware that Serbian forces will not be able to control local
population of Serbs and that some old spirits of hate can become actual again. Besides
this, NATO very brutally destroy civilian objects. from the distance, of course. Local
population of Serbs is very angry because a lot of them loosed in attacks homes, property
and members of the family. NATO troops are very far but Albanians,
NATO's fellow solders, are very close. In this sense they can chanell agression in the
direction of every Albanian with weapon (or without). American administration knows this
very well. But they don't care. They will fight till the last live Albanian. Or the last
live Serb. Or both.
What Serbs do now. We don't demonstrate. Serbia is not Monica and we play and sing on the
streets. Everyday is a gig in the center of Belgrade.The name of this concert is
"Sorry, but we are singing". There is no hate, but all are ready to fight. OK,
people from time to time burn American flag and this is logical reaction. Logical is why
people raise Serbian flags. But I haven't explanation why several people hold norwegian
flags (and not Russian or Greek). We are realy unpredictable and strange nation.
And on the end of the balade the only question is what Clinton will do next, once when we
are dead? Who is next?
We haven't time for such questions. Serbs have only one choice - to defend and try to
survive. We all know that we alone can't win in the war with NATO. Maybe all Serbs will
die in the battle. But, my dear Cerberus, you are not a Serb. From this reason you don't
know one very simple thing. HONOR HAS NO PRICE! On the beginning of WWII (27. Mart 1941)
Yugoslav government signed a pact with Hitler. Serbs in Belgrade made big demonstrations
and owerthrowed this government. Motto of this demonstration was "Better Grave than
the Slave". Some things you realy can't understand. Sorry.

Sorry, my dear Brother but I don't agree with you. Nobody do not hold any friendly
civilian as his/her enemy. Every generalization is very bad. Certainly, there are
Americans who should be ashamed for this or that reason. As well as Serbs, Croats,
Mongols, Bushmans, Martians (if they exist, of course) ...but there are a lot of excellent
persons among Americans. American politic is one thing. American people is other thing.
This politic is maybe good for interest ofClinton's administration. Unfortunatelly, this
politic is not good for our interest. A lot of individuals make American nation and every
one of them is different. For example, I'm a Serb. Somebody can say "he is just like
all other Serbs". Nonsens. There is no such thing like all other Serbs. Or all other
Americans. Or all other Croats. Or all other Albanians......We are Thelemites. For us
every person is unique Star. Generalization is first step toward nightmare called war.
Sometimes generalization means "they all are bad" and from this reasom we can
kill them all. They are not worth to live. And we can do this because we are all good
(generalization again) and we are always right (because we have CNN). As I always like to
said there is no good or bad nations. Only good or bad individuals. And if somebody hates
me because I'm a Serb I don't care. This is not my problem. I know that I'm personally not
responsible for anything bad. As well as a lot of other Serbs. And Albanians, of course.
In fact, AFAK the first Great Feast in Yugoslavia was celebreted after the death of one
OTO member who had been Albanian (I was not a part of the story in that time). It was in
Croatian city Osijek (if my information are correct). In this moment there is at least one
Albanian who is a Thelemite and he lives in Pristine (capitol city of Kosovo and Metohia.
I don't know where he is now and what's happening with him. He was Albanian but not Moslem
(like the majority of Albanians). He was from Catholic family. Albanians who are Moslems
hate Albanians who are Catholics and according to his own words he was in same dangers
like Serbs there. As one can see situation is very complicated there. Serbs are big
dangerous for Albanians. Albanians are big dangerous for Serbs, Catholic Albanians,
Gypsies...and NATO is dangerous for all.
Maybe there are Albanians who are Thelemites in Macedonia. I realy don't know. If somebody
is interested The Book of the Law is translated in Albanian. This is posted on 93current

Dear ladies and gentlemans,
DO WHAT THOU WILT SHALL BE THE WHOLE OF THE LAW.
Liber All is published in Albanian language in 200 books. Persons interested for this book
can contaced me. This year folow editions of Liber All on at least two new languages.
Persons interested to help with donations or on any other way
(sugestions are wellcome) for promulgation of Thelema in many nations of our human race
through publishing Liber All ( 200 books per edition for begining) in new languages can
contact me. South Asia is not much developed area (there are no publications in national
languages, at least not known to me).
Financial report will be avaiable to every person who donate but never (except in form
personal wish) full names of persons who donate. Just motto or initials.
Persons in puritanic lands can lose his/her job and on that way his/her material
foundation. Neighbours can make troubles, isolation, ....
I have no personaly interest exept joy after publishing Liber All in new languages. See
last sentence in Liber 44. For persons who wish before donation to know more about my
character can look into my natal chart. Born 23.04.1962 at 6.45 P.M. in Capital of
Croatia.

I will be honest and tell one thing: I owe a lot to this Brother. Unfortunatelly, I never
met him...but i got my first Book of the Law from him. He was the first Thelemite with
whom I established contact a lot of years ago...
Concerning the Thelemites and Balkan conflicts I don't know for any Thelemite in Serbia
who did anything bad during the war. Also, according to my experience there were no
problems in communication between Serbian and Croatian Thelemites.
We are Thelemites and we all accept Liber Oz. What we have common with stupidity of
non-Thelemic people who don't accept Liber Oz. Thelemites don't do crimes, Thelemites
don't kill civilians, Thelemites don't burn the homes of innocent people. Thelemites don't
harm anybody directly or indirectly. Not only in (ex) Yugoslavia. Anywhere in the world. I
realy hope I'm not wrong. People who do this aren't Thelemites. It is very logical that
Thelemites can (maybe is better to say almost always) think different. Two Thelemites can
be a leaders of two antagonistic armies with different interests. But, especially in
fraternal organization (like OTO), they together in the Lodge should forgot that they are
"enemies" in everyday world. Such "crude" things should stay from
other side ot the doors of Lodge together with shoes. Maybe I'm not right but I think so
in this moment.
What Thelemite can do in war? IMO, only to follow his own True Will. Somebody mentioned
Ra-hoor-khuit...OK, but Heru-Ra-Ha is double deity. IMO Ra-hoor-khuit is unbalanced
without Hoor-Paar- Kraat. Thelemic analysis of things like war is possible but...this is a
trycky business. One is a dangerous to see what he wants to see...
I realy have no time to check my English (not my native language) this time. I apologize
for every mistake. Maybe I forgot to write something. I have no time to read message
again. Alas, I'm aware that this is very possible that someone will misunderstund some
parts of my message. I'm sorry, but I have no time to present my attitutes and opinion
about current situation connected with this war more clear. Sorry...
