EXTRAORDINARY MEETING OF THE NORTH ATLANTIC COUNCIL AT THE LEVEL OF FOREIGN
MINISTERS
The North Atlantic Council will hold an extraordinary meeting at the level
of Foreign Ministers on Monday, 12 April at NATO Heaquarters in Brussels.
Accreditation
Media representatives will be admitted onto the NATO counpound on
presentation of a valid press card and photographic proof of identity.
Security
Media representatives are advised that NATO Security may examine and may
test equipment and personal effects carried onto the site.
Parking
Media representatives not permanently accredited with NATO will park their
vehicles on the dedicated parking areas, outside the NATO gate.
NATO-accredited correspondents will check in at the Staff Centre entrance
and will park their vehicles on the PE parking area.
Programme
The tentative programme is as follows :
10:00 North Atlantic Council (NAC) meeting starts - Photo op.
12:30 NAC meeting adjourns.
13:00 Working lunch.
15:30 NATO Secretary General' s news conference.
REUNION EXTRAORDINAIRE DU CONSEIL DE L'ATLANTIQUE NORD EN SESSION DES
MINISTRES DES AFFAIRES ETRANGERES
Le Conseil de l'Atlantique Nord tiendra une reunion extraordinaire en
session des Ministres des Affaires etrangeres le lundi 12 avril, au siege
de l'OTAN.
Accreditation
Les representants des medias seront admis dans l'enceinte de l'OTAN sur
presentation d'une carte de presse en cours de validite et d'une piece
d'identite munie d'une photo.
Securite
Les representants des medias sont avertis que le service de securite de
l'OTAN peut examiner et verifier le materiel et les effets personnels
apportes sur le site.
Parking
Les representants des medias non accredites permanents gareront leurs
vehicules aux emplacements prevus, a l'exterieur de l'entree principale.
Les correspondants accredites permanents devront se presenter a l'entree du
Centre du personnel et garer leur vehicule sur le parking PE.
Programme
Le programme est fixe provisoirement comme suit :
10 heures : debut de la reunion du Conseil de l'Atlantique Nord (CAN) -
seance de photos
12h30 : fin de la reunion du CAN
13 heures : dejeuner de travail
15h30 : conference de presse du Secretaire general de l'OTAN
